Assessment Assessment Reading Reading Subject Leader EYFS KS1 KS2

Description This document helps teachers evaluate and moderate pupils' reading skills. It has sections for recording individual information and lets educators note evidence of reading abilities, identify strengths, and highlight areas for improvement. There’s also space to indicate where more evidence is needed, agree on the current standard, and outline the expected standard by June. This organised approach supports consistent assessment practices throughout the school.
