Young voices, big creativity in Torbay! 📚🖊
School Literacy Network is recently enjoyed fantastic poetry residency in Torbay, with thanks to Libraries Unlimited. Poet James Carter has been leading inspiring poetry workshops in schools, with pupils then walking to their local public library to write and perform their own poems to parents and carers. 🎤⭐
“Watching children discover the fun and freedom of poetry was truly magical.” James Carter.
“Linking schools, libraries and communities helps us nurture a lifelong love of language.” Dora Allen, SLN Manager
