Claire Halstead will be offering the latest and best practice in modelling writing in shared and guided writing sessions.
The aim of this training is to give ECTs, class teachers and subject leaders the opportunity to consider and discuss best practice in the teaching of writing, from EYFS to Year 6.
Course contents will cover:
- Understanding shared and guided writing and why they are key to the teaching of writing
- Exploring the different approaches to shared and guided writing and when to use them
- Applying these approaches to a sequence of work
- Gathering top tips and useful strategies to use in the classroom
This training will be delivered via Zoom and the materials referenced will be available digitally.
